Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are shown at checkout and are based on your order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly noted on the website.

Delays

Freklz Skincare is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events outside of our control.

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is determined by them.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first.

Freklz Skincare is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery unless required by law.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double check your shipping address at checkout.

Freklz Skincare is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We work quickly to ship orders, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been processed.
